A Word About What We Do!

 So many animals need a home and so many homes need an animal to make it complete!  Dr. Werner and the Southside Animal Hospital are committed to help find good and healthy homes for dogs and cats that have been abused, have families that can no longer provide for them, or have been abandoned.

 We are not a rescue facility, but we do not turn away those cats and dogs who ask only for a chance to show their loyalty and love to special humans.  We are limited to the number of homeless pets that we can personally house at our hospital and we work dilligently with rescue groups who can find the right home for them.

Our hearts are always open.  And we have encountered, over the years, some very special kids who needed our care.  Please take a peek at these furry children who will love you unconditionally and be a constant friend.  Please know that we are selective in who we chose to be their family because we want only the best for everyone involved.
